These general conditions of sale apply to orders from :
- Reproduction of Original works on a material basis (the Material Products). Exclusively on www.dehaies-becourt.com. They are accessible on this site by the buyer at the time of the order.

RT.2. APPLICATION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE – OPPOSABILITY
Any order implies the full and unreserved adherence of the Customer to these general conditions ofsale and notwithstanding any clauses and stipulations to the contrary. No special conditions may prevail over these General Conditions of Sale except written acceptance and signed by Valérie DEHAIE-BECOURT. Any contrary conditions imposed by the Customers, not expressly accepted by Valerie DEHAIE-BECOURT, will therefore be inoperative to her no matter when she may have been brought to her attention. If Valérie DEHAIE-BECOURT does not avail itself at any time of any of these general conditions of sale, this shall not be construed as a waiver of any such conditions at a later date.
ART. 3. SHIPMENT OF MATERIAL PRODUCTS
> In metropolitan France, shipments are made according to the weight by the Post Office, by a carrier or by a national courier network, without the possibility of claiming from the clients.
> On export and for DROM, COM and POM, Valérie DEHAIE-BECOURT reserves the right to follow or not the Customer’s specific instructions concerning the shipment of the goods.
> The risks related to the transport of Physical Products for Consumers are regulated by Articles L.216-4 and L.216-5 of the Consumer Code.
> Subject to their availability, the Material Products are dispatched within the legal deadline defined in article L.216-1 of the French Consumer Code (i.e., maximum 30 days from the date of order)
ART. 4. PRICES AND TABLES
The prices appearing on this website are indicated in € - all taxes included -without participation of delivery costs (see delivery). The ordered tables are invoiced at the price in force when the order is registered.
When ordering outside Metropolitan France: you are the importer of the table concerned.
For tables shipped outside the European Union, fees may be eligible.. These rights and sums do not fall under the jurisdiction of Valérie DEHAIE-BECOURT They will be at your expense and fall under your sole responsibility in terms of declarations and payments to the competent bodies in your country.The paintings remain the sole property of Valérie DEHAIE-BECOURT until the full price has been paid.
ART. 5. ORDER AND VALIDATION OF THE TRANSACTION
When you confirm your order by clicking on the "validate information" button, you declare that you have read and have accepted all these general conditions of sale.
Upon registration of your order, an acknowledgement of receipt will be sent to you by email after payment validation.
Valérie DEHAIES-BECOURT reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order.
The contract is concluded when the bank confirms the settlement.
The period of withdrawal of 14 clear days opened to the Consumer by article L.121-20-12 of the Consumer Code is not applicable to the sale between professionals or to the sale of Intangible Products. You will find the withdrawal form in the appendix of the general conditions of sale.
ART. 6. PAYMENT
Payment of your purchases is made in € (Euros). Several payment methods are possible:
- By credit card: it is done online when you order. Your banking data is encrypted during the transaction (SSL technology).
- PayPal.
RT. 7. DELIVERY
Small Works: 30x40 cm.
Orders placed before midnight (Paris time, GMT +1 h), from Sunday to Monday, excluding public holidays, are dispatched the following working day. All the Works ordered are sent in one order.
The transfer of the risks concerning the Works of Art purchased takes place as soon as they are handed over by Valérie DEHAIE-BECOURT to the carrier.
Large Works: 60x80 cm.
.Large-format works orders require 10 to 15 days of processing upon receipt of payment..
Delivery will be made to the address indicated on the order form by Chronopost.
ART. 8. RETURN
You have 10 days from receipt of the order to return the product in its original packaging. The return costs are borne by the Consumer unless it is mistaken on the part of Valérie DEHAIE-BECOURT (failure to comply or error in supply). Accompanied by the purchase invoice. The prices of the table(s) will be refunded on the basis of the standard rate within 14 days after the package has been recovered. DOWNLOAD FORM HERE
ART. 9. RIGHTS TO THE WORK AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Artist remains the owner of the copyright. The rights of representation and reproduction of the Works present on the website www. Belong to its author. It is necessary to have its joint authorization for any exploitation of these rights.
All elements appearing on the site are protected by copyright and any other intellectual property rights. No reproduction and/or adaptation may be made without the permission of the Artist.
ART. 10. DATA PROTECTION
In order to place an order, you must provide us with certain information which will be the subject of computer processing. By confirming your order, you allow us to process your file. In accordance with the law of 6 January 1978, you may access this information, request its modification or correction or require that it no longer appear in our database by sending an e-mail to : contact@dehaies-becourt.com
ART. 11 . MEDIATION – DISPUTES – ASSIGNMENT OF JURISDICTION – APPLICABLE LAW
13.1 In the event of a complaint, the Consumer may first contact Valérie DEHAIE-BECOURT, whose details are indicated at the top of these General Conditions of Sale.
13.2 In the event of a dispute not settled amicably, any dispute between Business Customers and Administrations shall be the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of ARRAS, even in the case of multiple defendants or of an appeal for security.
13.3 French law applies only to these general conditions of sale.
